TEMAZCAL
The temazcal is a steam bath that was born in Mesoamerica for millennia for therapeutic purposes that help the detoxification of internal organs through sweating, heat and water infused with special herbs, during the ceremony, the Temazcalero will use vocalizations and chants to help release the stagnant energy of the body.
CACAO CEREMONY
In the Mayan tradition cacao was considered a drink of the gods.
It was believed that the active substance of the plant called theobromine could awaken the internal fire and expand the heart. Cacao allows you to hear the murmur of the heart and better understand what you need. The ceremony will start with a cleanse, a cleansing ritual energy to close old circles and let go of what already we do not need.

Yoga means union. Hatha is literally the union between the Sun and the Moon, applied to the balance between the movement and calm. Through movement we open space to release tension and generate muscle strength, and through the calm one absorbs all the benefits of the physical practice, body awareness, the tranquility of mind and the connection with the present moment.
DANZA CIRCULAR

Circle dances are dances from all cultures and world traditions.
They dance in a circle following the choreography presented by a coordinator and its purpose is to live an experience in movement that generates a lot of harmony, joy and union, also releases anxiety, sadness and loneliness for that a containment space is created, safe, serene inducing to live a meditation in movement that unites the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual body.
FULL MOON CEREMONY

Every month we receive the energy of the full moon with a ceremony that takes place on the beach, in Dos Ceibas Eco-Retreat, where we built an altar with a offering of fruits, seeds and flowers.
Starting with a Copal cleanse and a heart meditation to connect with yourself and with nature, to create and cultivate the gratitude of to be alive. After that we will ask permission at 6 directions and elements to ask the spirit guides and protection: east (air), south (fire), west (water), north (earth) as well as up (guardians) and in (Heart).
